AUTOMATIC CLOG DETECTION

PAC’s proprietary, computer-driven control technology features a breakthrough clog detection system. With a network of sensors embedded throughout the ductwork, the system continuously watches over itself to ensure movement through the ductwork is smooth and uninterrupted. In the unlikely event of an obstruction, the system automatically shuts down, denies access to load stations, pinpoints the location of the clog and alerts personnel for speedy removal.

Facility, engineering and/or maintenance personnel can monitor system performance from an on-site command center or from a remote location anywhere in the world via a Web-based interface. The advanced system displays a systemwide schematic along with key data such as the number of bundles loaded and transported per day or shift and the available volume of the compactor.
